Kurve will time out a request if Maximo takes more that 60 seconds to respond to a request for data. You'll typically see an error pop up after 60 seconds. The length of time Maximo needs is dependent on a number of things, including the number of records/objects in the Object Structure, the number of columns and objects that the user selects in Kurve, and the general performance of your Maximo environment.
We have a few suggestions to try out if you encounter this error:
- In Maximo:
- Edit your object structure to include a conditional data restriction so that you can pull less data
- Reduce the amount of objects or columns available in the object structure set up
- In Kurve:
- Select fewer columns
- Remove the secondary object if selected
- Turn on the SQL API
