Trouble opening a record in Maximo?

There are a few things that you should check!

  1. Make sure you have selected an application 
    • Graph: this will be a dropdown selection available in Edit Graph -> Graph Details
    • Report: this will be a dropdown option under the Report Title
  2. Make sure the unique ID field for the record is not excluded on the Object Structure
    • For example, if you try to open a record and see an error like the following, check back on your Object Structure's excluded fields to enable it:
